This project is very easy to do! Needed: An aluminum can. A sheet of copper foil of 0.3-0.4mm. Two insulating rubber spacers. An engine of a cd rom 2-3 volts, to be recovered from the inside of a PC. 1 liter of water with 3-4 tablespoons of salt for foods. The duration of rotation of the motor is approximately 7-8 minutes. When the salt water loses energy, it must be filled with fresh water and salt. For the success of this experiment it is necessary to have an engine that has a low power consumption 15-20 mA max and a voltage of 2-3 volts of a motor of a cd rom inside the pc. The use of engines for toys are not suitable for this type of experiment. * The copper foil can't be replaced with other metals. https://youtu.be/6J5R9X8QrJA
GO GREEN 2016! Latest state of the art Seawater Power Plant @ Seawater conversion green technology has revolutionary system that generates 3 in 1= Electricity + Fresh Mineral Water + Mineral Salt as a by-product. Let's be part of history in the making NOW!!!.
Functionality of wave power station developed by Voith Hydro (www.voith.com). Animation produced by Kral GmbH (www.kralgmbh.at). This video explains the function of the Wave Power Station with Wells turbine. This plant was shut down. It was built mainly as test plant. There is new bigger plant in Spain, near Bilbao - Mutriku Wave Power Plant. (https://tethys.pnnl.gov/annex-iv-sites/mutriku-wave-power-plant) Yes, this video is old, but it still explains the functionality of such power plant, so please don`t complain about it, otherwise I will delete the channel.
The US Navy Research Laboratory has announced it has perfected a process to turn sea water into fuel for ships and aircraft. The technology means the navy will likely be able to generate hydrocarbon-based fuel on-board within a decade, giving its ships almost limitless range. An Australian company has been working on a system that uses underwater buoys to convert sea waves into zero-emission energy and desalinated water. Australian firm Carnegie Wave Energy has been developing a system called CETO, which aims to utilise sea waves to generate power. Steel-made buoys that can currently generate 240 kilowatts are the main part of the system. At the Australian naval base HMAS Stirling, three buoys are placed 11 kilometres apart. The buoys are less susceptible to extreme weather damage, while underwater waves are sufficient to generate power. The buoys' pumps drive the high pressure water to an onshore power plant via a subsea pipe. The high pressure water spins the turbines, which then generate zero-carbon electricity. The CETO system can be used to power a des...
There is an energy system in the Australian desert that uses sunlight and seawater to secure sustainable production of 17 million kg tomatoes a year. Find out more about this world first solar energy project: http://www.aalborgcsp.com/projects/integrated-energy-system-based-on-csp-australia/
Researchers at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory have revealed a new technology that reportedly converts seawater into fuel by recovering carbon dioxide and hydrogen from the salt water and turning it into a liquid hydrocarbon fuel through a novel gas-to-liquid process. The two step process begins with the extraction of carbon dioxide and hydrogen from seawater. Scientists let the liquid pass through a cell which is subjected to an electric current. The seawater is next acidified by exchanging hydrogen ions produced at the anode with sodium ions. Meanwhile, the water is reduced to hydrogen gas at the cathode, and sodium hydroxide is formed. The sodium hydroxide is then added to the leftover seawater to neutralize its acidity. In the second step, the hydrogen and carbon dioxide are pa...
Al Khafji (Saudi Arabia) is the home for what's already referred to as the largest desalination plant fully powered by renewable solar energy.
DEAR FRIENDS, if you appreciate the material i share, and would like to help me out with my productions, please support my productions by becoming my patron here: https://www.patreon.com/Liftingtheveil or contribute on my site. much LOVE AND GRATITUDE! (GREAT ATTITUDE!) ;) SEE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW!! John Kanzuis used radio frequency to Burn saltwater as clean, safe and limitless fuel. He discovered this by chance while searching for ways to use frequency to cure cancer, which had all-ready been accomplished as a WELL KNOWN FACT by Dr Raymond Royal Rife (inventor of the microscope), Dr Wilhelm Riech and many others since the early 1900s! Friends of NELHA, the non-profit arm of the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii demonstrates the DewPoint System wine grape display which uses only seawater to grow wine grapes. This is the only place in the world where such cold seawater agriculture is demonstrated. Wine grapes are growing extremely well considering it receives no water source other than the cold condensate that forms on the seawater pipes. In addition, the vines give 3 full crops of grapes each year because "seasons" are artificially created by turning the seawater on and off to simulate summer and spring.
A federally funded research effort to revolutionize water treatment has yielded an off-grid technology that uses energy from sunlight alone to turn salt water into fresh drinking water. The desalination system, which uses a combination of membrane distillation technology and light-harvesting nanophotonics, is the first major innovation from the Center for Nanotechnology Enabled Water Treatment (NEWT), a multi-institutional engineering research center based at Rice University. No mechanical parts are used in this process - only Glass dome and water pan. This can be used to create Clean Drinking water in for poor countries or in places where only Sea Water is available
Project is very easy to accomplish, required: Copper sheet 240x300 mm. Zinc sheet 240x300 mm. Five rubber insulation 0.3-0.5 mm. Motor 2-3 volts. The voltage that is produced by the system is of 0.73 volts, 45-50 mA. * The sheets of copper and zinc can be varied as pleasure larger, increasing the power. ** The Engine 2-3 volts can be retrieved from "cd rom motor". *** To secure the success of this experiment, it is necessary to have an motor that has a low power consumption 15-20 mA max. and a voltage of 2-3 volts. It 'not recommended to use all kinds of motors for toys.
https://www.altestore.com/store/deep-cycle-batteries/batteries-saltwater-technology-c1260/ Aquion has reemerged from bankruptcy and expects to start manufacturing again in April 2018. We left this video up for your information, we are no longer selling the batteries. We are happy to introduce the new Aquion Energy salt water deep cycle batteries. They are non-toxic, safe, and long lasting. Instead of lead and acid, they are made of carbon, cotton, manganese oxide, and salt water! They are certified cradle-to-cradle safe for the environment from creation to recycling. We discuss the pros and cons of the Aquion batteries, and show how to determine the right size for your solar system. This man invented this clay structure that can distill and produce clean and pure drinking water from sea water. It may even produce distilled water from polluted water. The process of distillation is to evaporate any water source into steam or water vapor, and cool it down so only pure water is condensed and collected. But doing so passively is the difficult trick. This man has done so - and for the good of all the people in the world who will benefit from this invention!
"5/22/2007 Retired TV station owner and broadcast engineer, John Kanzius, wasn't looking for an answer to the energy crisis. He was looking for a cure for cancer." Sounds great, but Stan Meyer ended up dead somehow in the 90s when he invented his famous water powered car. I hope this guy lives long enough to get this invention into production.
Hydrogen is a clean fuel source, but current methods of producing it, often by converting natural gas, can undo any environmental benefit. Producing hydrogen out of sunlight and water doesn't create any CO2, and recent research has improved the efficiency and lowered the cost of devices that achieve this. Now, engineers from Columbia University have developed a "solar fuels rig" that floats on the ocean, captures energy through a solar cell and uses it to harvest hydrogen from the water beneath it. The rig produces hydrogen through water electrolysis, a technique where H2 and O2 gases are separated out of water by passing an electric current through the liquid. Most of the time, these devices require a membrane to separate the two electrodes, but these membranes are fragile and require ver...
